Preparation process of the olive oil:
The Serrano López Group has been preparing and bottling its Extra Virgin Olive Oil since 1918, at the "Las Parras" Oil Mill, which is located to the south of the province of Jaen, traditionally one of the longest-standing oil producing areas in Spain.
